We primarily use USPS as our primary postal couriers at this time.

We DO NOT offer 2-day shipping. All packages are sent out via USPS ground advantage.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 1 week. We are working to get items out as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Exchanges &  Returns: 

Lynee Rose & Co. allows you to  return or exchange merchandise within 30 days from the ship date. No exceptions. Returned items must be in brand new, original condition, with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging. Do not put tape or labels directly on to the merchandise or its packaging. For fastest exchanges we recommend you order a replacement online and send the original items back for a refund. Lynee Rose & Co. will not be responsible for the return shipping charges.  Please note a $6.95 restocking fee will apply.  

Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. For faster processing please complete and enclose a Return Form.  Please enclose a COPY OF YOUR INVOICE , the  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For fastest exchanges we recommend you order a replacement online and send the original items for a refund. We are not responsible for lost merchandise and suggest items be insured and sent with a tracking number. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shoes: Shoes should be tried on a clean, soft surface until you determine whether they fit. If you need to return shoes they must be returned in a new, unmarred and unsoiled condition.  If you are trying on the shoes make sure your feet are clean and dry.   Please try shoes on a carpeted floor. If you plan on returning please do not wear shoes for a long length of time. NOTE: Shoes should be returned in the original undamaged shoe box.  Boxes that have been written on and taped cannot be accepted.

Non Returnable Items:

Lynee Rose & Co. can NOT accept returns or refunds on the following items: 

Swimwear, Undergarments, Make up, All Hair accessories, Special order items /Discontinued or clearance items, custom orders or Final Sales. 

Defective Merchandise:

In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days from shipment of the item.  If an item was sent in our error, or you received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at Lyneeroseandco@gmail.com
