REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All Exchanges and Returns need to be made within 30 days of the shipment item.
Exchanges & Returns:
Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. For faster processing please complete and enclose a Return Form. Please enclose a COPY OF YOUR INVOICE , the Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For fastest exchanges we recommend you order a replacement online and send the original items for a refund. We are not responsible for lost merchandise and suggest items be insured and sent with a tracking number. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Non Returnable Items:
Lynee Rose & Co. can NOT accept returns or refunds on the following items:
Swimwear, Undergarments, Make up, All Hair accessories, Special order items /Discontinued or clearance items, custom orders or Final Sales.
Defective Merchandise:
In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days from shipment of the item.
